How to brew
Below is a general brewing recipe that is a good starting point for all of the coffees
Single cup brew:
Medium grind (kosher salt consistency)
20 gram (4 tablespoons)
340 ml water ( 12 oz of water)
200-202F water (off boil if using stovetop kettle)
Pour 40 ml to fully saturate grounds, and allow to bloom for 30-45 seconds.
Pour 300 ml evenly throughout the brew, and aim for the brew to finish in 3:00-3:30 minutes.
Brandywine Coffee Roasters is a group of expert baristas who have come together to create coffee magic. Through Brew Haha! we have years of experience in creating and managing award-winning coffee houses throughout the Brandywine Valley region of Northern Delaware. We have perfected the finer details of creating and serving a great cup of coffee. We apply this same careful attention to sourcing the world’s best coffee, and hand roasting to bring out its truest flavors.
We’re grateful to create coffee in a place we love, the Brandywine Valley. It is a place that has inspired generations of artists, and that inspires us to celebrate the art of beautiful coffee.
